Charlie Wilson and Lazarex Cancer Foundation Join Together to Help Change the Face of Cancer.

Lazarex Cancer Foundation will designate $1 of each concert ticket sold to serve the prostate cancer community on behalf of Charlie Wilson, who is a prostate cancer survivor and headline performer at the foundation’s Bridge to Hope concert on September 26^th.

With one of the most distinctive voices in R&B, Charlie Wilson is in a league of his own. In addition to concerts and interviews, Wilson is also speaking to raise awareness about prostate cancer screening and detection, and raising funds to help those in need. “I am in remission for prostate cancer due to an early diagnosis,” Wilson said, “When I learned that 1 in every 6 men would be diagnosed with prostate cancer, including 1 in every 3 African American men, I knew it was time to start informing as well as performing.”
