Online orders qualify for an additional $5 donation. If ordering online, please type LCF in the special request box.
- For purchases between $150 and $499.99, the donation will be $20*
- For purchases between $500 and $1199.99, the donation will be $40*
- For purchase between $1200 and $1999.99, the donation will be $85*
- For purchases over $2000, the donation will be $200*
* Purchase amount is cumulative, but must be on one invoice, prior to any taxes, and excludes sale items.
Purchases must be paid in full by October 20, 2010 to qualify for the donation.

Scott Zenaro’s mother, Carol, creates unique, one-of-a-kind bracelets to honor her son’s determination in his fight against cancer and to show the family’s appreciation to Lazarex. Bracelets are available for a minimum donation of $20, with all the proceeds going directly to Lazarex. The bracelets make a truly meaningful gift. Make your donation online.
